With a background that includes musical theater, Whitney Erin has appeared in productions at the " Coachlight Musical Theater" in Nashville, Indiana, and "The American Cabaret Theater" in Indianapolis.
In 2008, representing WFMS 95.5 in Indianapolis, Whitney competed in the "Texaco Country Showdown" competition, advancing to the State level. Deciding that "country" is the genre of music she feels the greatest connection, she has enjoyed the privilege of performing at The Little Nashville Opry, HH Gregg Country Music Expo, Lucas Oil Stadium, as well as World Famous "Tootsies" and "The Nashville Palace" in Nashville, Tennessee.
While recording on Music Row, in Nashville, Tenn, Whitney was privileged to work with some of Nashville's finest session musicians, including famed fiddler, Larry Franklin.
As lead vocalist for her band, "Whitney Erin & Buffalo Creek" she has graced numerous stages across the Midwest. Some including, Indiana State Fair, 8 Seconds Saloon, French Lick Casino and Resort, as well as park amphitheaters, corporate and private events.
Sharing her rendition of our National Anthem with sporting events throughout the midwest, Whitney has been honored to include, The Indianapolis 500 Pole Day, The Detroit Lions, NHRA Nationals, Cincinnatti Reds, Susan G. Komen, Race for the Cure, as well as The Indianapolis Indians and Indiana Ice.
Regardless of the venue, Whitney enjoys entertaining audiences, and appreciates the support of family and friends.
